The following information may be processed locally on your device only and is not transmitted to us:

• Game progress, scores, and settings (stored on your device)
• Player name you choose to enter (stored on your device)

Information Collected by Google Play

When you install the app from Google Play, Google may collect standard installation, crash, and diagnostic data as described in the Google Privacy Policy. We do not control this data collection.

Children's Privacy

Upsnake does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The app does not contain ads, in-app purchases, or social features that share data with third parties.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share any personal information with third parties.

Permissions

The app does not request access to your contacts, location, camera, microphone, or storage beyond what is required to save game state on your device.
